Work included complete renovation of existing beach house. Demolition of all interior finishes as well as front farmers porch and rear entry. New framing of 2nd floor dormers, bathroom addition, front porch framing and rear entry. Complete update of wiring, plumbing and mechanical systems. Period authentic finishes compliment that space.
